Spacepack Ghana Ltd ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website, our online assistant, or message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Messages you send us through the website assistant, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, so we can answer your questions and prepare your enquiry.
- Contact details you choose to give us (name, phone number, email) when you ask for a quote or place an enquiry, so our team can get back to you.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, approximate country/city, device type and the pages you visit, used only for site statistics and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send your enquiry to our purchasing team, who may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To improve our products, our website and the quality of the assistant's answers.
- We do not sell or rent your information. Messages may be processed by AI service providers (Google Gemini / DeepSeek) solely to generate replies.
Facebook and Instagram
When you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta shares your message and your user ID with us so we can reply. We store the conversation to keep the context of your enquiry. We never post on your behalf or access anything beyond the messages you send us.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your messages, enquiries and contact details at any time. Send a request to rida@spacepackgh.com or WhatsApp +233 24 427 5555 with the platform you used (website, Messenger or Instagram) and the approximate date, and we will delete your data within 7 days and confirm.
